In this episode, we chat with Danna Kynaston, behavior coach with Generation A Coaching!
She was born in Michigan, moved to Lebanon for a few years, and currently resides in Arizona. Growing up in a super conservative family where she was taught to tiptoe around life and stay safe, life’s purpose for her could be best described as “unanswered”.
Her biggest struggles growing up were being bullied, a negative body image, and bad habits - both mental and physical. It got to a point where everyone around her became her dictator and she allowed herself to change according to his or her desires. She got to a certain point where enough was enough. We get sick of being ashamed of the person we’ve become.
These days, Danna uses her innate desire to help others transform their lives from the inside out, starting with creating better habits that are long-lasting.
In this episode, we explore...
* Her struggles growing up in a super conservative family!
* Restructuring her belief systems!
* Building new habits!
* Thought policing!
* And so much more!
